Role overview
Key Responsibilities:
Verify accuracy of billing data and correct discrepancies via Xero and NetSuite.
Organize and send EOPT invoice via email.
Record delivery invoice in internal database.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records in internal database.
Assist with payment tracking, follow up and communication with clients.
Help prepare documents and reports for internal and external audits.
Assist with any additional tasks or projects as required by the finance team.
