Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in project development work for the Networks and system infra-structure business solutions

• Assist with consulting and designing the technical solutions for the customer requirement

• Assists in managing customer communication and commitments

• Assists in supporting potential clients and deliver technical customer support

• Identify, document and troubleshoot issues to resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction
