Position Title: Marketing Intern
Reports to: Marketing Officer - Communications & Digital Marketing
Matrix to: Chief Growth & Innovation Officer
ROLE SUMMARY
The Marketing Intern will support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Marketing Officer - Communications & Digital Marketing. The intern will help maintain online visibility, capture key moments from events, and contribute to content creation. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing operations and exposure to the consulting industry’s branding and communications work.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Support
- Support the planning, scheduling, and performance tracking of social media content across platforms
- Assist in drafting captions, gathering content pegs, and researching trends to inform campaign execution
Event Coverage & Documentation
- Support documentation efforts for internal and external events such as webinars, workshops, and client engagements
- Capture real-time behind-the-scenes photos and videos using a mobile phone or DSLR
- Assist in basic interview recording or content gathering during events (e.g., speaker soundbites, testimonials)
- Organize and file post-event documentation including photos and videos
- Help draft or layout highlight posts, reels, or recap visuals to share on social media
Content Creation & Visual Support
- Assist in coordinating with the creatives team for design and video requirements
- Help gather and organize necessary assets for content production (e.g., photos, transcripts, brand elements)
- Provide reference materials, sample pegs, or draft briefs to support the creatives team
- Ensure timely follow-ups and status tracking of creative outputs for social media
- Help review outputs for alignment with the brand tone and messaging
Administrative & Marketing Operations
- Update project trackers, content calendars, and documentation folders regularly
- Assist in coordinating with consultants, creatives, or vendors for content needs
- Help organize and archive marketing assets on Google Drive or Notion
