UI/UX Design Intern at VICTORY LINER, INC.

Role overview

Help make digital experiences clearer, simpler, and easier to use. As a UI/UX Design Intern at Victory Liner, you’ll explore how people navigate information and turn those observations into thoughtful interface ideas.

What you’ll work on

Review user journeys and identify points of confusion or unnecessary friction.
Translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Design clear layouts, forms, and interface states with attention to accessibility.
Organize feedback from design reviews and usability activities into actionable improvements.
Prepare design notes and handoff materials that explain both the interface and its intended behavior.

What you’ll learn

Practice connecting user needs with interface decisions, presenting your reasoning, and iterating on feedback. Focus on the details that help a design work well across screen sizes and everyday situations.

Your application

Submit your resume through BetterInternship. If available, include a portfolio or case study showing your process, the decisions you made, and what you learned. Academic and self-directed projects are welcome.

Requirements

Currently taking or recently completed a college degree, with an interest in interface design and user experience.
Familiar with Figma or a comparable interface-design tool.
Basic understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, and responsive layouts.
Able to explain design choices and incorporate constructive feedback.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Google Workspace or similar tools.
Curious about how people use digital products and willing to learn in a collaborative environment.

Helpful, but not essential: experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, or simple usability studies. Student projects and personal explorations are welcome.
