Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks.
- To support finance team to any data gathering needed in closing year 2022
- To assist finance in report needed for analytical review and statistics
- To assist finance in any report needed in reconciliation of data and tracking
- To assist finance related to audit requirements
- To assist finance in any checking, reconciliation, tracking and data collection in SAP
- Conducting desktop research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
- Attending and participating in virtual meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
